Mike Lane is an actor/writer/comedian originally from the Bay Area now based in Los Angeles.

 

As an actor, he has recently appeared on Ghosts (CBS) and Yes Day (Netflix). As a writer/performer, he has enjoyed several critically acclaimed runs at the UCB Theater in NY and LA and has been featured at festivals like Montreal Just For Laughs, NY Comedy Festival, SF Sketchfest, Asian AF, Capital Fringe and Very Big Very Asian. You can see him live either performing his solo show Mike Lane: Mixed Race Sweetie (Hollywood Fringe Pick of the Fest, SD Fringe Best Comedy) or doing stand up around LA.

He's currently in development with WVE and A+E Studios. He hopes to create more Asian American stories that are somehow both chaotic and joyful. He's also unironically proud that he used to play in a ska band.
